A: Yes! We offer standalone design services such as logos, business cards, social media templates, or key visuals for events. We can quote based on your specific needs. If you decide to expand later, it’s easy to upgrade to a full package.
Q: Does your design service include printing?
A: We provide print-ready design files along with printing recommendations, but the actual printing is handled by the client. If needed, we can help prepare files that meet printing specifications or recommend trusted printing partners. We can also assist with placing print orders upon request.
Q: How many revisions are included for the logo design?
A: Each package includes 2 initial logo concepts and 2 rounds of refinements. We value clear communication and will work closely with you to achieve the desired outcome. If additional revisions are needed beyond what's included, we’re happy to accommodate with a separate quote.
Q: What if I’m not sure about my brand style yet?
A: No worries! We’ll guide you through the process with an initial consultation, a style questionnaire, or a moodboard to help clarify your direction. Even if you don’t have a clear vision at the start, we’ll work together to shape a visual language that truly represents your brand.
Q: What files will I receive upon project completion?
A: We provide different file formats based on the design deliverables:
- Logo: AI, PDF, JPG, PNG (with transparent background)
- Print materials: Print-ready PDF + screen preview version
- Social media graphics: PNG / JPG / Canva templates (if applicable) If you need specific formats such as PSD or SVG, just let us know in advance.

Q: What is your payment and collaboration process?
- We begin with an initial consultation to understand your needs, then provide a formal quotation.
- Once the contract is signed and a 50% deposit is made, the design process starts.
- We’ll present the initial draft → make refinements → finalize the design.
- After final approval, the remaining balance is paid, and we deliver all final files.
We also offer online communication and provide official invoices upon request.
