Project Terms & Quote
Quote Confirmation | Contract Signing Based on your project requirements, we will provide a detailed quotation and outline the collaboration terms. Once confirmed, both parties will sign a contract (digitally), and a 50% deposit is required to officially begin the project.
Visual Planning
Market Research | Brand Positioning
We conduct market research and brand analysis to understand your industry, target audience, and stylistic preferences. Based on these insights, we develop a visual direction and proposal to ensure the design aligns with your brand goals.
Design Execution
Concept Development | First Draft Proposal Based on the approved direction, we will begin the creative process and present 2–3 design concepts for your selection and feedback.
Feedback Implementation | Design Approval
Based on your feedback, we offer up to 2 rounds of complimentary revisions to ensure the final design meets your expectations.
Final Approval & Delivery
Upon design approval, the remaining 50% balance is due. We will then deliver all final design files (JPG, PNG, AI, PDF, etc.) and provide guidance on how to apply them effectively.
After-Sales Support
File Backup | Additional Assistance We offer free minor adjustments within 90 days (as long as they do not affect the overall design structure). Additional services such as printing support or extended social media assets are also available upon request and will be quoted separately.
Scope of Services
- We offer professional design services including brand identity design, graphic design, packaging design, and marketing visuals.
- Our process includes initial consultation, design proposal, revisions and approval, and final delivery. For more details, please refer to our service process.
- Additional design requests beyond the original scope will be quoted separately based on workload.
Revision Policy
- Each project includes 2 rounds of complimentary revisions after the initial design draft is delivered. Major changes—such as a complete style overhaul or full redesign—are not included.
- From the 3rd revision onward, additional fees will apply based on the scope of changes. All costs will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.
- Once a design is approved, it is considered final. Any further changes will be treated as additional services and quoted separately.
Project Timeline
- The design timeline varies depending on the project scope and typically takes 7–21 business days (excluding holidays).
- If you have urgent needs, please inform us in advance—rush fees may apply.
- Please note that delays in client feedback may affect the schedule. Timely confirmation of design drafts is essential to stay on track.
Quotation & Payment Terms
- Project pricing is determined based on design scope, complexity, and delivery timeline. A formal quotation will be provided upon confirmation.
- To initiate the project, a 50% upfront payment is required. The remaining 50% is due upon final approval, after which all final files will be delivered.
- As customized design is a creative service, the initial payment is non-refundable once the project has officially begun. We appreciate your understanding.

- Upon completion, we will provide files in formats suitable for various applications. Examples include:
- Logo Design: AI, PDF, PNG (transparent background), JPG
- Graphic Design: AI, PDF (print-ready), JPG
- Social Media Assets: PNG, JPG (web-optimized)
